How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. This excludes pre-orders as that includes a longer processing time.
My package still hasn't arrived
This most likely due to delays with the post office. Use your tracking number to track your package on the USPS website. That will usually tell you of any delays on their end.
I have placed my order, but no shipping number has been created
Check your email. Most of the time if your order is not processed in 2 business days, there was an issue with payment. We will email you if your payment status is not confirmed. We also do not process orders that are placed over friday, saturday, and sunday. We will process those order on monday.
If you have pre-ordered any items, the processing time will be longer due to many factors. The shipping number will be created when it is ready to be shipped out. You will receive email updates on your pre-order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are not responsible for any custom fees that may occur.
